181 CASES WERE BOOKED FOR EYE OPERATION AT CAPE COAST TEACHING HOSPITAL.

Honorable Isaac Adjei Mensah, the MP for Wasa East in the western region in collaboration with Cape Coast Teaching Hospital (Eye Unit) organized eye screening project with the aim of eradicating blindness (Cataracts) from his constituency.  About 6500 people were screened for the first phase and after the eye screening at the various communities ,181 people with serious eye problem were booked for operation at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital.

All those who were affected by the eye problem were transported to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital (Eye Unit) for the operation on Monday (7th February 2022. All those who went through the operation have regain their sight and can see clearly now.

Hon. Adjei Mensah was at the hospital to motivate the doctors, nurses and his people before and after the operation.
